Dayton L. Paulson age 76 of Outing died on March 28, 2018 at his home. He was born on February 19, 1942 in Watertown, SD to Joseph and Hilma (Rislov) Paulson. Dayton married Lynne Rademacher on June 5, 1992 in Outing. Dayton was an employee of Crooked Lake Township’s road maintenance.
Dayton is survived by his wife, Lynne; two sons, Rocky (Danielle) Holmes of Backus and Robert (Renee) Holmes of Brainerd; three daughters, Amy (Mike) Sumner-McCluney of Brainerd, Rhonda (Nathaniel) Zorn of Hartford, WI and Robyn (Joel) Schuman of Greenfield; two brothers, Howard (Barb) Paulson of Watertown, SD, Ron (Pearl) Paulson of Florence, SD; two sisters, Bonnie (Judeen) Schwinger and Diane Sumner all of Watertown, SD; fifteen grandchildren and fifteen great grandchildren.
Preceding Dayton in death are his parents; and two brothers, Roger and Paul Paulson.
A memorial service will be held 11:00 am on Tuesday, April 3, 2018 at Our Saviors Lutheran Church in Outing with full military honors given by the Myrin-James American Legion Post #443, Ironton. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the church on Tuesday. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
