Myron M. Dupey Jr. age 91 of Brainerd formerly of Crosby died on July 29, 2017 at Bethany Good Samaritan Village in Brainerd.  He was born in Ironton on January 9, 1926 to Myron and Jennie (Magnuson) Dupey.  He graduated from the Crosby-Ironton High School, class of 1943. He was a WWII Navy veteran.  Myron attended the MN School of Business where he became certified in court reporting.  He moved to Kansas City where he was a court reporter for 44 years.  He was a co-owner of AAA reporting.

Myron is survived by one daughter, Lydia (Jack Swartz) Aspen of Cloudcroft, NM; two step sons, Tom (Peggy) MacDonald of Baxter and Craig (Nancy) MacDonald of Baxter; several grandchild and great grandchildren.

Preceding Myron in death are his parents; his 1st wife, Joyce and 2nd wife Beryl; a son, Myron Patrick Dupey and a daughter Linda Dupey; and one sister, Bernice Heath.

Memorial services will be held 11 am on Saturday, September 2, 2017 at Heartwood Senior Living in Crosby.  Burial will be at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Little Falls.   Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
