Betty Agnes Ostrowski

Betty Agnes Ostrowski, age 87 of Ironton passed away on March 24, 2024 in Deerwood from cancer.  She was born in Westmore, MT on January 25, 1937 to Fred and Mary (Aidt) Oswald.  For many years Betty was an expert seamstress and house cleaner.

Betty is survived by three sons, Joseph (Lori) Ostrowski of Ironton, Wayne (Carla) Ostrowski of Deerwood and Mark (Kathy) Ostrowski of Deerwood; one daughter, Karin (Tony) Nelson of Deerwood; daughter-in-law, Lori Ostrowski of Brainerd; one brother, Howard Oswald of Baxter; one sister, Kathy Emery of Farmington; twenty grandchildren and fifty-six great grandchildren. 

Preceding Betty in death are her parents; her husband, Roger; one son, Clark Ostrowski; three brothers, Roger, Irvine and Albert Oswald; two sisters, Marie Knisely and Ethleen Maski; grandson, Andy Nelson and two great grandchildren, Ainsley and Olivia Sylstad.

Funeral services will be at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, April 3, 2024 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Crosby.  Burial will be at the Scandia Cemetery in Deerwood.  Visitation will be on Tuesday at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby from 4:00 p.m. to 7:00 p.m. and on Wednesday one hour prior to the service at the church.
