Barbara Ann Burt age 84 of Bay Lake died on September 9, 2017 at the Cuyuna Regional Care Center in Crosby.  She was born on November 18, 1932 in Minneapolis to Randel and Elsie (Mills) Horton.  Barb married Thomas Burt on December 16, 1955 in Minneapolis.  She was a member of the Bay Lake Area Lions Club.

Barb is survived by her husband, Thomas; one son, John Burt of Denver, CO; one daughter, Ann Burt of Minneapolis and one grandson, Andrew (Tiffani) Burt of Atlanta, GA.

Preceding Barb in death are her parents.

Funeral services will be 11:00 am on Saturday, September 23, 2017 at the Salem Lutheran Church in Deerwood.  Burial will be at the Bay Lake Cemetery.  Visitation will be one hour prior the services at the church on Saturday.  Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.  Casual attire preferred and polar bears are recommended.
