James Howard LeBlanc age 91 of Crosby died at Heartwood Senior Living in Crosby on August 4, 2017. He was born on November 27, 1925 in Crosby to George and Mary (Bellmore) LeBlanc. Jim married Florence Rono on September 19, 1945 in Crosby. He was a retired employee of Inland Steel with 31 years of service. He was a member of St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Crosby.
Jim is survived by his wife Florence; three sons, Harold (Audrey) LeBlanc of Pine City, Gary (Vera) LeBlanc of Trommald and Jimmy (Deanna) LeBlanc of Crosby; two daughters, Linda (Kevin) Fitzpatrick of Bellevue, WA and DeAnn (Merl) Monson of Deerwood; two brothers, George (Nancy) LeBlanc of Deerwood and John (Ellen) LeBlanc of Virginia; two sisters, Margaret (Bob) Anderson of Medford, WI and Bridget Ann (Gordon) Arnold of Palatine, IL; numerous grandchildren, great grandchildren and great-great grandchildren.
Jim is preceded in death by his parents and three brother, Earl, Robert and Basil LeBlanc.
Mass of Christian Burial will be 11:00 am on Wednesday, August 9, 2017 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Crosby. Burial will be at the Lakewood Cemetery in Crosby. Visitation will be on Tuesday at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby from 4:00 to 7:00 pm with at rosary at 6:00 pm.
