Sally Grace Johnson, age 81 of Crosby died on September 18, 2019 at the Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby. She was born on October 2, 1937 in Minneapolis to Roland and Grace (Andersen) Aker. Sally married James A. Johnson on October 26, 1956 in St. Louis Park.
She was a member of the Cascade United Methodist Church in Deerwood. Sally was Den Mother of Cub Scout Pack #386, and Committee member of Boy Scout Troop #386, Bloomington; member of Order of Eastern Star from 1957 to the present, Worthy Grand Matron from 1980-1981, Grand Secretary from 1981-1992, Grand Office for 17 years; Member of the Bloomington Chapter #307 and Woodland Chapter # 122, Aitkin; member of Lakes Area Law Enforcement for 10 years.
Sally is survived by her husband, James; three sons, Mark (Tami) Johnson of Brainerd, Scott (Lisa) Johnson of Rosemount, and Keith (Kelli) Johnson of Blaine; four grandchildren and six great grandchildren.
Preceding Sally in death are her parents.
A Memorial Service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Saturday, October 5, 2019 at the Cascade United Methodist Church in Deerwood. Visitation will be on Friday from 4 to 6:30 p.m. with an Eastern Star Service at 6:30 p.m. at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby and one hour prior to the services at the church on Saturday. If desired memorial are preferred to Masonic Charities, Cascade United Methodist Church, or donors choice.
