 
            Alvin "Al"Hansen age 87 of Crosby formerly of Princeton and Garrison died August 15, 2013 at his home on August 15, 2013. He was born on November 8, 1925 in Ocheyedan, IA to Walter and Christina (Dannaman) Hansen. He was a WWII Army veteran. Al was a retired evangelist with the Faith, Hope and Love Inter City Mission in St. Louis, MO. He was a member and elder of the Community Alliance Church in Garrison and a life member of the Garrison VFW. Survivors include 4 sons, Carl Hansen of Bremerton, WA, Glen (Sharon) Hansen of Princeton, Vern (Lorainne) Hansen of Bremerton, WA and Mark (Sheryl) Hansen of Princeton; daughter, Nancy (Steve) Campbell of Princeton; daughter-in-law, Susan Hansen of Ramsey; 3 sisters, Alvera Stevenson of Princeton, Leona Kula of Sauk Rapids and Elaine Hanson of Foley; 11 grandchildren and 12 great grandchildren. Preceding his in death are his parents; wife, Joyce; son, Lyle Hansen; 1 sister, Donna Cox and1 brother, Lee Hansen and 5 infant siblings. Funeral services will be 1 pm on Monday, August 19, 2013 at the Community Alliance Church in Garrison with full military rites by the Garrison VFW. Burial will be at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Little Falls. Friends may call 1 hour prior to the services at the church on Monday. If so desired in lieu of flowers memorials are preferred to the Community Alliance Church in Garrison. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
