Alyce Mae Perpich, 82, a lifelong resident of Crosby died on September 22, 2014 at the Cuyuna Regional Care Center in Crosby. She was born on November 2, 1931 in Riverton to John and Mary (Klow) Radinovich. She graduated from the Crosby-Ironton High School, class of 1948. Alyce Mae married Louis C. Perpich in Crosby on July 10, 1954. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Crosby and the National Catholic Society of Foresters, St. Mary's Court #854. Alyce Mae was a dedicated employee of the First National Bank of Crosby with over 20 years of service; the Head Start Program; the Community Center and the Cuyuna Range Historical Preservation Society, where she was employed at the time of her death. She will be remembered for working hard, always being busy, loving to visit and wanting to "know your story". She was extremely proud of her roots and her town. Although never having children she was special to numerous nieces and nephews. She loved kids and kids loved her.
Survivors include 3 brothers, John Radinovich of Hines, OR, Andrew Radinovich of Canyon City, OR and Paul Radinovich of Cuyuna.
Preceding her in death are her parents; husband, Louie in 1991; 4 sisters, Josephine Radinovich, Delores Cyrus, Katie Larson and Mary Vukelich and 1 brother Ed Radinovich and 2 infant siblings.
Funeral services will be 11:30 am on Saturday, September 27, 2014 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Crosby. Burial will be at the Lakewood Cemetery in Crosby. Visitation will be on Friday from 5 to 7 pm at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby with a rosary at 7 pm and visitation will continue on Saturday 1 hour prior to the services at the church on Saturday.
