 
            Angeline Theresa Mitchell age 90 of Baxter formerly of Crosby died at the Cuyuna Regional Care Center in Crosby. She was born on August 16, 1921 in Cuyuna to Arthur and Ida (Carlson) Mailhot. Angie married Everett T. Mitchell on June 11, 1950 in Washington, D.c. Angie was a travel coordinator for the dignitary's at the U.S. Pentagon with 25 years of service. Angie and her husband owned and operated the Spalding Hotel for several years after returning to Crosby. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church and National Catholic Society of Foresters, St. Mary's Court 854. Survivors include 1 brother, Earl (Joyce) Mailhot of Deerwood; 1 sister, Marion Brown of Monrovia, CA; Sisters-in-laws, Florence Mailhot of Brainerd and Betty Mailhot of Weslaco, TX; Special niece, Diane Mailhot and many other loving nieces and nephews and her extended family at Excelsior Place in Baxter. Preceding her in death are her parents; husband, Everett; 6 brothers and 2 sisters. Funeral service will be 11:00 am on Monday, May 7, 2012 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Crosby. Burial will be at the Lakewood Cemetery in Crosby. Friends may call 1 hour prior to the services at the church on Monday. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
