Arnold Edward Prushek

Arnold E. Prushek, 88 of Crosby MN. passed away, Aug 21, 2018.

Arnie graduated from Crosby – Ironton high school in 1947. He served in the Navy during the Korean war from 1950-1954 as a ship service man, 2ndclass. He married the love of his life on Aug. 8, 1954 in Norfolk Va. then moved to Minneapolis. In 1969 Prushek plumbing & heating was established in Crosby, MN. where he cherished his life and family.

Arnie is Survived by his loving wife of 64 years Virginia, daughter Leann Kelley (Brad Hanson), daughter Kathy (Bill) Laughton, son Ron (Teri) Prushek, brother Joe (Mable) Prushek, all who live in Crosby sister Mary Leisman, of Oak Park Hights MN. nine grandchildren and several nephews and nieces.

Proceeded in death by his parents, sister and brother-in-law Gail (Leonard) Rognoldson, brother Dean Prushek, brother-in-law Wayne Leisman, son-in-law Keven M. Kelley.

A Memorial Service will be 11:00 a.m. Friday, August 31, 2018 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Crosby with full military honors given by the Myrin-James American Legion Post, Ironton.  Visitation will be on Thursday at the Koop Funeral Home from 4:00 to 7:00 p.m. and on Friday one hour prior to the services at the church.
