Barbara Ann Ista
August 4, 1957 — September 26, 2016
Barbara Ann (neeClaesgens) Ista age 59 of Deerwood, MN (formerly Fridley,) peacefully lost her battle with cancer on September 25, 2016. Barb was a caring soul who brightened and enriched the lives of those who knew her.
Loving wife, mother, and grandmother, preceded in death by her parents, Roger and Dolores Claesgens. Survived by husband of 35 years Gary Ista; daughters, Cindy (Dean Douglas), Angie (David) Hirsch; son, Mike and grandchildren, Jack, Dean, and David Douglas and future granddaughter Hirsch (due December 2016).

Private interment. A memorial service and gathering will be held at 12:30 PM on Tuesday, October 4, 2016 at the Blaine United Methodist Church, 621 115th Ave. NE Blaine, MN.
