Ben Lewis Rainwater age 62 of Crosby formerly of NE Minneapolis died on March 9, 2017 at the Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby. He was born in Newellton, LA on February 13, 1955 to Ben and Norna (Thomas) Rainwater. Ben was a former machinist for Gresen Manufacturing in Minneapolis.
Ben is survived by his wife, Merri; one son, Justin Rainwater of Sioux City, SD; one daughter, Katie Jo Hemsworth of Pine River; one brother, Donald Rainwater of Clarksville, AR; three sisters, Linda Domerese of Clarksville, AR, Mary Smith of Pioneer, LA and Patty (Reed) Podvin of Enderlin, ND; four grandchildren.
Services will be 2 pm on Thursday, March 16, 2017 at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the services on Thursday.
