Bernadette L. Pruyn age 94 of Crosby died on June 21, 2015 at the Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby. Bernadette was born on March 31, 1921 in Minneapolis to Charles O. and Agnes (Mingo) Arrell. A prayerful woman of faith. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Deerwood.
Survivors include 1 son, Clinton (Gail) Pruyn of Wichita, KS; 5 daughters, Mary Luxem of Bloomington, Kathleen (Richard) White of Maple Grove, Theresa (Paul) Severson of Deerwood, Barbara (David) Shahin of Lakeland, FL and Geri (Richard) Dahlberg of Maple Grove; 1 sister Shirley Arrell of St. Paul; nineteen grandchildren and forty four great grandchildren, many nieces, nephews and beloved friends.
Preceding her in death are her parents; husband, Clinton; 2 sons, Charles and Thomas Pruyn; 4 brothers and 5 sisters.
Funeral services will be 11:00 am on Wednesday, June 24, 2015 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Crosby. Burial will be at Fort Snelling National Cemetery in Minneapolis on Thursday at 11:30 am (assembly area 6). Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the services at the church on Wednesday. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
