Bernice Lorraine Lee age 101 died on March 21, 2013 at the Oswego Care Home in Lake Oswego, Oregon. She was born on August 1, 1912 in Staples, MN to Claude and Mary (Weaver) Axtell. In 1929 Bernice started working at the Miners Hospital in Crosby. When she was 35 years old she retired and married Dr. Ernest T. Lee. Survivors include daughter, Marjorie Delborg Stockwell; 4 grandchildren and 5 great grandchildren and 4 great great grandchildren and a niece, nephew and cousins. She is preceded in death by her parents, husband Dr. Ernest Lee; 1 sister, Bessie Frazier; Daughter, Lorraine Buth; grandson, Kevin Buth and 1 nephew. Funeral services will be 1:30 pm on Friday, April 12, 2013 at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby. Burial will be at the Lakewood Cemetery in Crosby. Friends may call 1 hour prior to the services at the funeral home on Friday.
