Betty Lou Brager

Betty Lou Brager, age 96 of Crosby, passed away on August 31, 2026 at Heartwood Care Center in Crosby. She was born on June 12, 1930 in Brainerd to Elmer and Mabel (Peterson) Anderson. Betty was united in marriage to Albert “Bud” Brager on July 31, 1949 in Crosby. She was a member of the Cuyuna Lakes Community Church (Assembly of God) in Crosby.

Betty is survived by two sons, Daniel (Cheri) Brager of Deerwood and Bradley (Rose) Brager of Prior Lake; two daughters, Brenda (Tim) Johnson and Tami (Mark) Thomas all of Deerwood; one sister, Elaine Butorac of Crosby; twelve grandchildren, eighteen great grandchildren and five great-great grandchildren.

Preceding Betty in death are her parents; her husband, Albert “Bud” Brager; one son, Harley Brager; one daughter, Cindy Sutake; one brother, Raymond Anderson and one sister, Bonnie Johnson.

A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Saturday, October 24, 2026 at the Cuyuna Lake Community Church (Assembly of God) in Crosby. A visitation will be one hour to the service at the church on Saturday. Burial will be at the Bay Lake Cemetery. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
