Casey Carl Biever

Casey Carl Biever age 19 of Brainerd died November 4, 2013. He was born on October 15, 1994 in Brainerd to Sidney and Lynn (Conner) Biever. Casey attended the Brainerd High School. He was an avid wrestler and was a state wrestling qualifier his junior year. Casey and his friend Nate Adams were the state champions for the State High School Musky Tournament. He took jujitsu training for several years with Mr. Jarrod. He had a love for hunting, fishing, working on lawn movers and cars and he loved spending time with his dog "Teak".

Survivors include his parents Sid and Lynn of Brainerd; brothers, Sean (Mary Henry) Biever of Brainerd, Matt (Tara) Biever of Garrison; sister, Aryn (Josh) Thompson of Garrison; maternal grandparents, Jerry and Judy Conner of Belmond, IA , Sue Conner of Iowa City, IA; paternal grandparents Thomas and Joan Biever of Deerwood; aunts and uncles, Jeri and Steve Been of Belmond, IA, Sandy and Lyle Dugas of Silver Bay, Sean Conner of Clarion, IA and Brian and Kathy Biever of Deerwood; cousins, Kevin (Allyson) Been, Travis Been, Danny, Brandon and Amy Biever, Sara Barstow and Pat and Larry Ramsdell; nieces and nephews, Jacob and Brandi Biever, and Emily Thompson.

Preceding him in death are his paternal grandmother, Carol Biever and nephew Hunter Biever.

A Time of Gathering will be held on Thursday, November 7, 2013 from 5 to 8 pm at the Timbermist in Brainerd. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
