Charles M. "Chuck" Rath

Charles M. “Chuck” Rath age 91 of Outing died on January 27, 2018 at his home.  He was born on July 17, 1926 in Wayzata to Andrew and Anna (Schligclmich) Rath.  He was a WWII Army veteran.  Chuck was a retired Operator Engineer Local 49 employee.  He was a member of the Emily-Outing Over the Hill ATV Club, and the Myrin-James American Legion Post #443, Ironton.

Chuck is survived by one son, Vern Rath of Excelsior; one daughter Sue Scepurek of Sobieski; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.

Preceding Chuck in death are his parents; his wife, Virginia in 2005; two sisters and a brother.

Services will be held a later date.  Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
