Cheryl Annette Johnson age 62 of Aitkin died on February 19, 2011 at her home. She was born on March 14, 1948 in Aitkin to Robert and Jeannette (Olsen) Thomas. Survivors include her husband, Scott; 1 son Michael Zak of Aitkin; 5 daughters, Shelia Cardinal of Eyota, Michelle Zak of Mora, Alicia Brown of Crosby, Andrea Smith of St. Cloud and Brittnee Johnson of Roseville; 3 brothers, Robert Thomas of Crosby, Richard Thomas of Buffalo, Kevin Thomas of Aitkin; 2 sisters, Nina Huse of Aitkin and Julie Seavey of Browerville; 7 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren. Preceding her in death are her parents; and brother, Rodney Thomas. Cheryl will be missed and loved by all. A Time of Gathering will be held at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby on Saturday, February 26, 2011 from 11:00 am to 1 pm.
