Collette Rose Andersen age 82 of Outing died on December 12, 2015 at her home. She was born on August 14, 1933 in Credit River Township to Michael and Mary (Cogger) Streiff. Collette married Donald Andersen in Credit River Township on December 30, 1952. Collette is survived by her husband Don; 3 sons, Jerry Andersen of Emily, Jeff (Vicki) Andersen of Outing and John Andersen of Lakeville; 3 daughters, Debbie (Bruce Krohn) Fairbanks of Savage, Patty (Dale) Anstett of Harris and Mary Olds of Shakopee; 1 brother, Michael (Carol) Streiff of Lakeville; fifteen grandchildren, twenty great grandchildren and one great great grandchild. Preceding Collette in death are her parents and eight siblings. Funeral services will 11:30 am on Saturday, December 19, 2015 at St. Emily's Catholic Church in Emily. Burial will be at the Pine Ridge Cemetery in Emily. Visitation will be 2 hours prior to the services at the church on Saturday. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
