Dale Roger Aufderheide

May 24, 1918 — February 4, 2014

Dale Roger Aufderheide age 95 of Crosby died on February 4, 2014 at the Cuyuna Regional Care Center in Crosby. He was born on May 24, 1918 in Wanda, MN to Herbert and Rose (Altermatt) Aufderheide. Dale was a WWII Army veteran. He was a retired MTC driver with 35 years of service. He retired to the Outing area in 1980. He was a member of the Narrow Community Church in Outing.

Survivors include 3 sons, Guy Aufderheide of Deer River, Dean Aufderdeide and Roger Aufderheide both of Minneapolis; 2 daughters, Dian (Dennis) Eggert of Crosby and Kary (Greg) Beeth of Bloomington; 2 grandchildren and 2 great grandchildren.

Preceding him in death are his parents, his wife Everline and 1 sister, June Aufderheide.

Funeral services will be 1 pm on Monday, February 10, 2014 at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby. Burial will be at the Pine Ridge Cemetery in Emily with full military honors given by the Myrin-James American Legion Post #443, Ironton. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to services at the funeral home on Monday.
