Darlene Barbara Christopherson

Darlene Barbara Christopherson, age 83 of Dilworth formerly of Crosby died at her home on March 28, 2024.  She was born in Crosby on February 15, 1941 to Leslie and Irene (George) Lueck.  Darlene married Curt Christopherson on December 19, 1981 in Deerwood.  For 28 years she was employed at the Cuyuna Regional Medical Center in Crosby.  She was a former member at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Crosby; and was an assistant Scout Master and Den Leader with Troop 100 of the Boy Scouts of America.

Darlene is survived by her husband Curt; three sons, Scott (Angela) Figgins of Everett, WA, Mark (Melanie) Christopherson of Fargo, ND and Jon Christopherson of Dilworth; one daughter, Debbie (Steve) Bitner of Chippawa Falls, WI; one sister, Karen Lane of Brainerd; six grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

Preceding Darlene in death are her parents; one brother, Bob Lueck and one sister Carol Holland.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday, April 13, 2024 from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m. at the Myrin-James American Legion Post #443, Ironton. Burial will be at the Lakewood Cemetery in Crosby.  Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
