David Arthur Jensen age 70 of Emily formerly of Brooklyn Center and Pompano Beach, FL died on June 12, 2012 at the Cuyuna Regional Care Center. He was born on August 21, 1941 in Minneapolis to Adolph and Sylvia (Uglem) Jensen. David married Carolyn Thorsen on March 10, 1962 in Minneapolis. He was a member of Local 292 IBEW. Survivors include his wife of 50 years, Carolyn; 2 sons, Todd Jensen of Brooklyn Park and Brian Jensen of Minneapolis. Preceding him in death are his parents, 1 son, Eric Jensen; 2 brothers, Ken and Jim Jensen. Funeral services will be 12:00 pm on Friday, June 15, 2012 at the Immanuel Lutheran Church in Crosby. Burial will be at the Crystal Lake Cemetery in Minneapolis on Monday at 1pm. Friends may call on Thursday at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby from 5 to 7 pm and 1 hour prior to the services at the church on Friday.
