David Edward Tutch age 77 of Emily died on August 7, 2016 at the Cuyuna Regional Care Center in Crosby. He was born on November 24, 1938 in Brainerd to Arthur and Lillian (Valley) Tutch. He is a retired owner of Dave Tutch Construction Company, Emily. He was a US Navy veteran and was a US Coast Guard Auxiliary member and US Merchant Marine Captain.
Dave is survived by his wife Karen; two sons, David Tutch and Jim Cummings; four daughter, Annette (Tom) Carr, Susan Gropel, Michelle Simonsen and Elly Cummings; two brothers, Bill (Mary) Tutch and Brad (Joanne) Tutch; four sisters, Rita Peterson, Pat (Ted) Brinkman, Barb (Jim) Buechler and Diane Tutch; eight grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Preceding David in death are his parents, one brother and one sister.
A memorial gathering has been held. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
