Donald Stangel

Donald Stangel, 58, of Emily, passed away Sept. 4, 2025, at home after fighting with cancer.

He was born on April 19, 1967 in Crosby to Rick and MaryEtta Stangel.

He graduated from Crosby-Ironton High School. He was a carpenter by trade and good at it. He also loved to hunt, fish and camp. He was not afraid to jump in and help anyone who needed help—especially working on cars.

He is survived by his mother, MaryEtta and brother Barry, his partner Nicky Price and their three children, Hiedi, Harley and Halana.

Preceding him in death are his father, Rick, and his sister Tresa. He will be sadly missed by all.

Funeral arrangements have not been made at this time.
