Durwin Albert Matuska

Durwin Albert Matuska, age 70 of Crosby passed away on May 18, 2024 at his home.  He was born on February 1, 1954 in Minneapolis to Edward and Iona (Ahlbrecht) Matuska.  Durwin was a retired employee of Ford Motor Company with 25 years of service.  He enjoyed gardening, bee keeping, a good poker game, hunting and fishing.

Durwin is survived by six brothers, Daniel Matuska of Cheyenne, WY, Donald Matuska of Winona, Douglas (Debbie) Matuska of Minneapolis, Darrel (Pam Johnson) Matuska of Port Charlotte, FL, Dwayne Matuska of Crosby and Delbert (Dawn) Matuska of Pillager; two sisters, Delores Seaman of West Pensacola, FL and Denise (Tommy) Bryant of Summerfield, FL; and many nieces and nephews.

Preceding Durwin in death are his parents; one brother, David Matuska and one sister, Danielle Benson.

A Memorial Gathering will be held on Saturday, June 15, 2024 at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby from 1:00 p.m. to 4:00 p.m.
