Ella Elisabeth Olson age 92 of Crosby died on April 11, 2011 at Hallett Cottages in Crosby. She was born on December 12, 1918 in Lockhart, MN to Helmuth and Florence (Bauer) Treichel. She was a member of Salem Lutheran Church in Deerwood and VFW Auxiliary in NE Minneapolis. Survivors include 2 sons; Kenneth (Sandra) Solom of Deerwood, Bruce (Linda) Solom of Tulsa, OK; 1 daughter, Jean (James) Gabrick of Baxter; 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren and 2 great great grandchildren. Preceding her in death are her parents, 1st husband, Kenneth M Solom, 2nd husband, Julien R. Olson; 1 brother Arnold Treichel; and 2 sisters, Dorothy Frakes and Elsie Gerner. Funeral services will be 11 am on Thursday at the Salem Lutheran Church in Deerwood. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
