Eugene E. Mount

Eugene E. Mount age 98 of Crosby died on April 6, 2018 at the VA Medical Center in St. Cloud. He was born on February 11, 1920 in Wynot, NE to Eu- gene and Mary (Iverson) Mount. He was a WWII Army Veteran. He married Kathleen Hawes on April 3, 1976 in Deerwood. He was a member of the Deerwood Baptist Church.

Eugene is survived by his wife, Kathleen of Brainerd; three daughters, Linnea Jelen of Crosby, Georgene (Dennis) Molesky of Crosby, and Marlene (Bill) Dean of Rogers; two sons, Leon (Cathy) Witter of Hutchinson and Mark (Rhonda) Witter of Dalbo; twenty grandchildren and 34 great grandchildren.

Preceding Eugene in death are his parents; his 1st wife, Elsie in 1972; one son, Edward Mount; three brothers and three sisters.

Funeral services will be 11:00 am on Wednesday, April 11, 2018 at the Lifespring Church in Crosby. Burial will be at the Lakewood Cemetery in Crosby. Visitation will be one hour prior to services at the church on Wednesday. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
