Floyd "Manny" Austin

Floyd Richard "Manny" Austin age 79 of Rainbow City, AL formerly of Crosby died on February 18, 2013 at his home. He was born on October 17, 1933 in Crosby to Leslie and Lois (Pritchard) Austin. Floyd was a US Navy veteran. He married Sheryl Ann Forcier on September 28, 1977 in Brainerd. Survivors include his wife of 33 years, Sheryl; 1 daughter, Susanne (Cecil) Freeman of Glencoe, AL; 1 brother, Robert Austin of Ocean Springs, Mississippi and nieces and nephews. Preceding him in death are his parents and 3 sisters, an infant, Bernice Berg and Sylvia Heglund. Friends may call on Sunday, February 24, 2013 at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby from 2 to 4 pm. Burial will be at the Lakewood Cemetery in Crosby.
