Geoffrey Todd Craven age 78 of Deerwood died at his home on December 19, 2016 after a courageous battle with cancer. He was born on October 24, 1938 in Minneapolis. He graduated from the St. Louis Park High School and The University of St. Thomas, where he studied business. Todd was a successful entrepreneur and for the past 22 years. He and his wife have owned and operated two antique malls. He served as the Vice President of the Cuyuna Lakes Chamber, loved to travel and adored his black labs.
Todd is survived by his loving wife of 35 years, Barbara; children, Kelly (Steve) Stattman, Geoffrey Todd (Sue) Craven Jr., Nicolle (Alex) Sellers IV, Anastasia (Tim) Benz; his grandchildren, Emily (Scott) Greenspahn, Tyler (Amber) Stattman, Myles, Mitchell and Sydney Craven, Taylor and Alex (V) Sellers, Nicholas and Zachary Benz and great grandchildren, Ryder and Wyatt Greenspahn and Sutton Stattman; and his loving brother, Bill (Margaret) Craven.
Todd is preceded in death by his parents, William and Gwendolyn Craven.
Mass of Christian Burial will be held 11:00 am on Thursday, December 29, 2016 at St. Joseph’s Catholic Church in Crosby, 617 Poplar Street, Crosby, MN 56441. Visitation will be held on Wednesday from 4 to 7:00 pm at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby with a prayer service at 6:30 pm and on Thursday one hour prior to the services at the church.
