Gladys Theien

L. "Gladys" Theien age 88 of Brainerd died on September 21, 2012 at St. Joseph's Medical Center in Brainerd. She was born on March 13, 1924 in Brainerd to Robert and Doris (Ellis) Hele. She was a member of Bethlehem Lutheran Church in Brainerd and affiliated with First Baptist in Brainerd. Survivors include 3 daughters, Marilyn "Mini" (Gary) Williams in Merrifield, Theanna "Gussie" (Donald) Carlson of Hibbing and Deborah (Mark) Carlson of Ironton; thirteen grandchildren, 28 great grandchildren and 3 great great grandchildren. Preceding her in death are her parents, husband, Oscar and 1 daughter, Judi Hyde. Funeral services will be 2 pm on Tuesday at the Woodland Good Samaritan Village in Brainerd. Burial will be at the Mission Township Cemetery. Friends may call 1 hour prior to the services at Woodland. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
