Harvey Orville Christensen age 65 of Deerwood died on June 20, 2016 at his home. He was born on November 21, 1950 in Crosby to Chester and Alice (Duzan) Christensen. Harvey was a retired Deerwood Fireman.
Harvey is survived by two sons, Jim (Rebecca) Christensen of Baxter and Joe Christensen of Lake Shore; four brothers, Ronald (Mary Lee) Christensen, Douglas (Judy) Christensen and John (Sharon) Christensen all of Deerwood and Dave Christensen of New Iberia, LA; four sisters, Betty (Jim) Stirewalt of Deerwood, Dee (Lester) Chileen and Lois (Jerome) Bayliss all of Crosby and Pauline (Roger) Johnson of Sartell; and three grandchildren.
Preceding Harvey in death are his parents; one brother, Bill Christensen and one sister, Linda Christen.
A Memorial Gathering will be on Sunday, June 26, 2016 from 2:00 pm to 5:00 pm at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
