Jackquelynn Ann Eberly, age 21, of Crosby, better known to those that loved her as Jackie, peanut, Jack, or Jackson passed away in her sleep August 9, 2025.
Jackie was born April 21, 2004 in Brainard, Minnesota. She grew up in Crosby, Mn surrounded by the love of her parents, Amy Ross and Tony and Sarah Eisenmenger. She attended school in Crosby where she made many, many friends with her infectious smile and joyous personality. Jackie loved participating in Special Olympics specifically track and field, bowling, and basketball where she helped her team go to state. Her dislike for the cold never stopped her from enjoying the winter carnival at camp confidence every year with her classmates. After graduating high school in 2022, Jackie participated in the Atlas program in Brainerd while continuing to bowl with her Special Olympic team.
In her spare time, she enjoyed playing games, taking her dolls for walks to visit the neighbors, garage sales, watching her favorite shows, bowling, spending time with her friends and family, and being in the kitchen helping whenever she could.-Jackie's love for people and her "gift of gab" brought many people into her life. She loved children and could be seen playing with them at any get-together.
Jackie is survived by her parents, Amy Ross of Knoxville, TN and Tony and Sarah Eisenmenger of Crosby, MN; Siblings, Kyle, Oliviah, and Zak; Grandparents,Tom and Cheryl Eisenmenger of Brainerd, MN, Jeanine Ross and Chad Torgeson of Knoxville, TN, Richard Line of Staples, MN, and Chuck and Lisa Waby of Crosby, MN; Great grandmothers, Stell Waby of Crosby, MN and Barb DeWald of Browerville, MN along with many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends throughout the community.
She is proceeded in death by her Grandma Bonnie Line, cousins, Grace Becker and Michael DeWald and several Great Grandparents
Jackie's beautiful eyes were donated to the Lion's Eye Bank to help others see.
A Memorial service will be held at 2:00 p.m. on Saturday, August 23, 2025 at the Cascade Methodist Church in Deerwood, MN. Visitation will be held from 12:00 p.m. until the time of the service at the church on Saturday. A reception will follow the service with Jackie's favorite foods.. Please dress comfortably, Jackie would want that. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
