James Dale Dehning

James D. Dehning age 80 of Brainerd died on January 6, 2019 at his home.  He was born on November 16, 1938 in Cuyuna to Clarence and Evelyn (Heese) Dehning.  Jim married Marlys Peterson on December 17, 1960 in Iron Hub.

Jim is survived by his wife Marlys; three sons, Scott (Lynette) Dehning of Merrifield, Kevin (Diane) Dehning of Crosby and Kurt (Kelly) Dehning of Brainerd; one sister, Ardell (Bob) Domin of Deerwood; seven grandchildren, Paula (Jason) Kovatovich, Nic Dehning and friend Ken, Shawn (Rayanna) Dehning, MiKayla (Alex) Dehning, Zach, Jason and Olivia Dehning; four great grandchildren, Abbie and Brody Kovatovich, Hunter and Kendalynn Dehning.

Preceding Jim in death are his. Parents and one brother, Roger Dehning.

No services are being held. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
