James Chris Douvris

James Douvris age 87 of Hackensack died on October 22, 2014 at the St. Cloud Hospital. He was born on May 11, 1927 in Chicago, Illinois to Christ and Anna (Salava) Douvris.

Survivors include 1 son, Chris (Judy) Douvris of Crosby; 2 daughters, Cindy (Ray) Jones of Ironton and Catherine (Fred) Newell of Poplar Grove, IL; five grandchildren and three great grandchildren.

He is preceded in death by his parents, his wife, Alice in 2007; son, Paul in 2014 and nine siblings.

Services were held on October 25, 2014. Burial was at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery in Little Falls. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
