James Michael Sullivan

James Michael Sullivan, age 71 of Ironton died on November 14, 2022 at his home.  He was born on September 22, 1951 in Virginia, MN to Guy and Grace (Sorensen) Sullivan.

He served for 2 years in the U.S. Army as a Tank Commander for the M60 Tan. One of years he was stationed in Germany.  His hobbies include hunting, fishing, feeding the birds and riding his motorcycle.

Jim is survived by two brothers, Terry (Linda) Sullivan of Rogers, MN and Steven (Theresa) Sullivan of Moses Lake, WA; and many nieces, nephews and cousins.

Preceding Jim in death are his parents; and his two feline companions, Sassy and Wilson.

A Graveside service will be held at 1:00 p.m. on Saturday, September 23, 2023 at the Lakewood Cemetery in Crosby with full military honors presented by the Myrin-James American Legion Post #443.  Visitation will be on Saturday at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby from 11:00 a.m. to 12:30 p.m.
