John Albert Andrews

John Albert Andrews, age 82 of Emily died November 17, 2021 at the Cuyuna Regional Care Center in Crosby.  He was born in Crosby on October 15, 1939 to Archie and Edna (Mongan) Andrews.  John was a retired Emily Fireman with 32 years of service.

John is survived by two sons, Mike (Marlene)Andrews of Bemidji and Shawn Andrews of Baxter; one daughter Denise Garin of Breezy Point; seven grandchildren and one great grandchild.

Preceding John in death are his parents; two brothers, Bernard and Allen Andrews; half-brother, Sonny Andrews and half-sister, Cammy Andrews.

A Memorial service will be held on at 1:00 p.m. Tuesday, November 23, 2021 at the United Methodist Church in Emily.  Burial will be at the Pine Ridge Cemetery in Emily.  A visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Tuesday. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
