John Harrison Gronholm

John H. Gronholm age 77 of Emily died on January 4, 2018 at his home. He was born on January 5, 1940 in Minneapolis to Wallace and Muriel (Buck) Gronholm Sr. John married
Shirley Braasch in Robbinsdale on December 16, 1961. He was a retired plant manager for Marigold Foods in Minnapolis with 32 years of service. John was a member of the Snowbirds Snowmobile Club and Crosslake Lutheran Church.
John is survived by his wife, Shirley; one son, Michael (Jeanne) Gronholm of Neenah, WI; one daughter, Karen (Chris) Olander of Crosby; four grandchildren and one great grandchild.
Preceding John in death are his parents, one brother, Wallace Gronholm Jr. and one sister,
Patricia Dahlke.
Memorial services will be 11 am on Monday, January 8, 2018 at Crosslake Lutheran Church. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the church on Monday. Memorials are preferred in lieu of flowers. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
