Judith Ann Sebeck

Judith Ann Sebeck, age 86 of Baxter, passed away at her home surrounded by her family on October 2, 2025. She was born on October 3, 1938 in Minneapolis to Aldrich and Margaret (Polk) Lorence. Judi was united in marriage to George Sebeck on March 15, 1958 in Glen Lake, MN.

Judi was a member of Light of the Cross Lutheran Church in Garrison and the Garrison-Bay Lake Lions Club and served as a volunteer at Harrison Elementary School in Brainerd.

Judi is survived by her husband, George; her daughter, Cynthia Sebeck of Cambridge; her son, Timothy (Mary Lind) Sebeck of Bloomington;  two brothers, Jim (Max) Lorence of Eden Prairie and Joseph Lorence of Bemidji; two sisters, Kathi (Jerry) Doran of Apple Valley and Patti Hering of Lakeville; four grandchildren, Tanya (Brandon) Fornengo, Matt (Megan), Christopher (Constance) and Linnea; and four great grandchildren, Taylor, Jacob, Caleb and Willow.

Preceding Judi in death are her parents.

A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, October 13, 2025 at Light of the Cross Lutheran Church (27170 Monroe Street) in Garrison.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Monday.  Burial will be at the Minnesota State Veterans Cemetery (15550 Hwy 15) in Little Falls on Monday at 3:00 p.m.  Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
