Karen Jean Churchill

Karen Jean Churchill, age 71 of Brainerd passed away on June 3, 2024 at Carefree Living in Brainerd.  She was born on October 22, 1952 in Crosby to Myron and Lois (Brager) Price.

Karen was a former Para Professional for the Crosby-Ironton School District and was a former employee of Ruttger’s Resort in Bay Lake serving at Auntie M’s Coffee House.

Karen is survived by five daughters, Angie Toven of Brainerd, Amber (Luke) Rosecrans of Crosby, Ashley Churchill of CoCoa, FL, Alyssa (Justin) Grecula of Brainerd and Ariana (Westly) Juaire of Brainerd; her mother, Lois Price of Crosby; four brothers, David (Cheri) Price of Deerwood, Jim Price of Mounds View, Randy (Tami) Price of Deerwood and Dale (Ronda) Price of Coon Rapids; two sisters, Jan (Gary) Oliphant of Baxter and Ruth Price of Madison, WI; and twelve grandchildren.

Preceding Karen in death are her husband, Loyd; her father, Myron Price and one brother, Jerome Price.

A Memorial service will be held at 12:00 p.m. on Thursday, June 27, 2024 at the Cuyuna Lakes Community Church in Crosby.  A visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Thursday.  Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
