Leroy Jerome Sanvig

LeRoy Jerome Sanvig, age 81 died on January 14, 2020 at the Cuyuna Regional Care Center in Crosby.  He was born on June 15, 1938 in Starbuck to Ole and Sina (Dishong) Sanvig.  LeRoy married Yvonne Bartel on April 5, 1958 in Crosby.  He was a retired Potlatch employee with 28 years of service.

LeRoy is survived by his wife, Yvonne; four sons, LeRoy Jr. (Joanne VanVickle) Sanvig of Crosby, Dennis Sanvig of Crosby, William Sanvig of Deerwood and Thomas (Liz) Sanvig of Crosby; one daughter, Sandra Cutter of Crosby; ten grandchildren and numerous great grandchildren.

Preceding LeRoy in death are his parents and eighteen siblings.

A Memorial Service will be held 2:00 p.m. Sunday, January 26, 2020 at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby. Burial will be at the Scandia Cemetery in Deerwood.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the funeral home on Sunday.
