Lettie Grace Cory

Lettie Grace Cory age 88 of Crosby died on January 21, 2017 at Edgewood Vista Senior Living in Brainerd. She was born on November 18, 1928 in Cannelton, PA to John and Ruth (Baker) Klink. Lettie married William Cory on June 26, 1951 in Crosby. With her husband, Lettie was a partner of Cory Turkey Farm with 33 years of service. Lettie was a well-known seamstress, quilter and weaver. She was a member of the Cascade United Methodist Church in Deerwood, and was a Past Worthy Matron and Secretary of the Evergreen Chapter of the Eastern Star.
Lettie is survived by her husband, William; two sons, William “Tygre” Cory of Crosby, Daniel H. (Joanne) Cory of Deerwood; one daughter, Tonna (Joel) Parsons of Webb, IA; two sisters, Della Walters of Westerville, Ohio and Marie Powers of New London, Ohio; seven grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.
Preceding Lettie in death are her parents; three brother, Raymond, Jimmy and Freddie Klink; and four sisters, Helen Klink, Patricia Kain, Tsobel Davis and Emma Thompson.
Memorial Services will be 11:00 am on Saturday, February 4, 2017 at the Cascade United Methodist Church in Deerwood. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the church on Saturday. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
