Lisa (Valentino) Hughes

Lisa Renee (Valentino) Hughes age 54 died in Georgetown, SC on April 9, 2013 after a courageous 3 month battle with cancer. Lisa was born on January 6, 1959 to Reno and Beatrice (Moritz) Valentino. Survivors include her husband, Doug; her mother, Beatrice of Crosby; 1 son, Matthew (Mandy Hendrickson) Lubovich of Aitkin; 2 daughters, Melissa Lubovich of Ironton and Courtney Jones of Brainerd; stepchildren, Jake, Michelle, Jessica, Nicole and Tony; 3 grandchildren, Chase, Logan and Westin; 2 brothers, Dick (Sandy) Valentino of St. Paul, Ron (Sharon) Valentino, Indio, CA; 2 sisters, Lynn (Don) Valiquet of Crosby, Lee (Devon) Russell of Crosby; sister-in-law, Sheila Valentino, Aitkin and many nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death are her father, Reno; 1 sister, Lorna "Lori", 1 brother, Lyle "Rocky". Graveside services will be held 1 pm on Saturday, May 18, 2013 at the Lakewood Cemetery in Crosby. A reception will be held at the Ironton Legion from 2 pm until 5 pm.
