Lorne Dale Brager

Lorne Dale Brager, age 87 of Baxter died on November 9, 2022 at the Lakewood Health Care System in Staples.  He was born on March 13, 1935 in Deerwood Township to Christian and Aurora (Olson) Brager. Lorne married Betty Lundgren on June 11, 1955 in Crosby.  He was a retired employee of West Publishing in St. Paul with 40 years of service.

Lorne is survived by his wife Betty; four sons, Bryan (K.C.) Brager of Pillager, Bruce (Carolyn Helwig) Brager of Northfield, Tim (Shannon) Brager of Janesville, WI and Joel (Lou) Brager of Cottage Grove; two daughters, Becky (Tom) Quistad of Maplewood and Nancy Austin of Brainerd; one brother, Eugene (Lillie) Brager of Crosby; three sisters, Lois Price and Ione Gibeaut both of Crosby and Sharon (Arden) Atwood of Winsted; thirteen grandchildren and ten great grandchildren.

Preceding Lorne in death are his parents; two brothers, Bud and Jim Brager; one great grandson, Beck Ballew.

A Memorial service will be held 11:00 a.m. Saturday, November 26, 2022 at the Heritage Church in Baxter.  Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church.  Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
