Lucille Maryanne "Lou" Goodman

Lucille M. "Lou" Goodman age 92 of Emily died on May 11, 2016 at the Fergus Falls Veterans Home. She was born on June 9, 1923 in Franklin, MN to Earl and Adele (Lindstrom) Orris. Lou married Lester Goodman on June 28, 1947 in Minneapolis. She was co-owner of the Log Cabin Bar from 1965 to 1973. She was a member of St. Emily's Catholic Church in Emily.
Lou is survived by her husband of 69 years, Lester; one son, Mike (Melanie) Goodman of LaGrange, GA; three daughters, Kathy Todd of Pine River, Pat Goodman of Duluth and Pam (Rich Renne) Goodman of Chaska; four grandchildren and five great grandchildren.
Preceding Lou in death are her parents; one son, Carey Goodman and one brother, Layne Orris.
Funeral services will be 11 am on Monday, May 16, 2016 at St. Emily's Catholic Church in Emily. Burial will be at the Pine Ridge Cemetery in Emily. Visitation will be one hour prior to the services at the church on Monday. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
