Marcada Eleanor Niedenfuer

Marcada Eleanor Niedenfuer age 99 of Crosby died on July 6, 2016 at the Hallett Cottages in Crosby. She was born on April 5, 1917 in St. Cloud to Frank and Eleanor (Lemm) May. She was married Nelo Hill in 1941 and following his death was married to John Niedenfeur in 1974. Marcada graduated from the Crosby-Ironton High School. She was a secretary with Hanna Mining Company for many years.
Marcada is survived by two daughters, Virginia (Gene Carlson) Hill of Olympia, WA and Connie Skibba of Prospect, Kentucky; one sister, June Radosevich of Crosby; two grandchildren, four step grandchildren and three great grandchildren.
Preceding Marcada in death are her parents, 1st husband, Nelo Hill in 1971 and 2nd husband John Niendenfuer; two brothers, Allan "Bud and Frank "Sonny" May; sisters, Dorothy Kant, Marian Bennington, Norma "Birdie" Saari, and Eleanor Chriswell and son-in-law, Paul Skibba.
Graveside services will 10:30 am on Monday, July 11, 2016 at the Lakewood Cemetery in Crosby. Visitation will be on Monday at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby from 9 am to 10 am. Memorials are preferred to Hallett Cottages in lieu of flowers
