Martha Lucille Miller

Martha Lucille Miller age 92 of Irondale Township died on May 17, 2016 at Northern Lakes Senior Living in Baxter. She was born on September 25, 1923 in Crosby to Marko and Ana (Adam) Butorac. Martha married George Miller on August 24, 1946 in Crosby.

Martha was a retired financial office clerk with the Cuyuna Regional Medical Center with 38 years of service. She was a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Crosby and the National Catholic Society of Foresters, St. Mary's Court #854. She was also a member of the Myrin-James American Legion Auxiliary and a long time clerk for Irondale Township.

Survivors include one son, George R. Miller of Greeley, CO; one daughter, Cindi (William) Ryan of Brainerd; one brother, Matt Butorac of Stanbaugh, MI; four sisters, Margaret Harrison of Crosby, Frances Vidmar of Crosby, Elizabeth Formanek of Henning and Elsie Skoff of St. Anthony; three grandchildren, Jacob Ryan of Duluth, Ashley (Michael) Seitzer of Brainerd and Jalen Miller of Greeley, CO and two great grandchildren, Anika and Marko Seitzer.

Preceding Martha in death are her parents; her husband, George; one son, Vincent; a grandson, Jason Ryan; two brothers, Frank and Joe Butorac and one sister, Mary Domencich.

Funeral services will be 11:00 am on Wednesday, Mary 25, 2016 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Crosby. Burial will be at the Lakewood Cemetery in Crosby. Visitation will be on Tuesday at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby from 4:00 to 7:00 pm with a rosary at 6:30 pm and one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday.
