Martha Virginia Picha

Martha Virginia Picha age 62 of Bay Lake died on July 28, 2013 at Regions Medical Center in St. Paul. She was born on November 12, 1950 in Dayton, OH to Thomas St. John and Elfrida Martha (Obst) O'Rorke. She married Richard Gordon Picha on September 15, 1968 in Eustis, VA. Martha was a founding member of the Garrison Northern Lights Garden Club. She entertained members with her lovely poems. She lavished her family and friends with beautiful hand made quilts. Survivors include her husband, Dr. Richard Picha; 3 sons, Patrick (Michelle) Picha of Minneapolis, Sean (Rhonda) Picha of Des Moines, IA and Brien (Diane) Picha of Huston, TX; Her mother, Elfrida O'Rorke of Bay Lake; 1 sister, Schatze Rigdon of Macon, Miss; and five grandchildren. Preceding her in death are her father and 1 brother, Patrick O'Rorke. Funeral services will be held 11 am on Friday, August 2, 2013 at the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby. Friends may call 1 hour prior to the services at the funeral home on Friday. If so desired memorial are preferred to the Bay Lake Improvement Association Environmental Fund.
