Martha Margaret Sipper

Martha Margaret Kellerman Sipper age 91 of Baxter died on August 26, 2015 at the Good Samaritan Society in Pine River. Martha was born on March 11, 1924 to Paul C. and Barbara (Wedel) Kellerman. Martha's grandmother Jennie Kellerman raised her after her mother died in September of 1924. She married Kenneth James Sipper on June 20, 1942. Martha worked at Baxter Laboratories in Morton Grove, IL, A.B. Dick Paper Company in Illinois, Fairfield High School in California, Emily Elementary School and the Emily Supermarket in Emily, MN. During her husband Kenneth's 24 year career in the US Army and Air Force they lived in Washington, Illinois, New Mexico, Montana, Minnesota, California and England. Currently, Martha lived at the Excelsior Place in Baxter. She was a member of St. Emily's Catholic Church in Emily for 22 years and later a member of St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Crosby.

Martha is survived by her a daughter, Cheri (John) Grater; two sons, Jeffrey Sipper and Timothy (Sue) Sipper; grandchildren, Jason, Kelly, Ryan and Paul; great grandchildren, Casey, Ryder and Isabella.

Preceding her in death are her parents; her husband, Kenneth; son, Randolph and her grandmother, Jennie Kellerman.

Funeral services will be held at 11:00 am on Saturday, September 5, 2015 at St. Joseph's Catholic Church in Crosby. Burial will be at the Pine Ridge Cemetery in Emily. Visitation will be 1 hour prior to the services at the church on Saturday. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
