Marvin Lee Taylor

Marvin Lee Taylor, age 84 of Irondale Township, passed away at home on April 30, 2026. He was born on January 16, 1942 in Farm Island Township to Glen and Rose (Hinman) Taylor. Marvin married Audrey Kanne on July 18, 1986 in Brainerd.

Marvin was a retired Machinist with Burlington-Northern Santa Fe Railroad in Brainerd with 30 years of service.

Marvin is survived by his wife Audrey; one son, Shane Taylor of Ironton; one daughter, Christine (Steve) Riley of Brainerd; two sisters, Glenda (Stan) Pedenko and Lydia Corey; six grandchildren and nine great grandchildren.

Preceding Marvin in death are his parents; one brother, Vaughn Taylor and two sisters, Bonnie Wait and Carole Lee.

A Memorial service will be held at 11:00 a.m. Wednesday, May 13, 2026 at the Lifespring Church in Crosby. Visitation will be one hour prior to the service at the church on Wednesday. Arrangements are with the Koop Funeral Home in Crosby.
