Mathias "Matt" Tix

Mathias George “ Matt” Tix age 76 of Garrison formerly of Hampton and Apple Valley died on April 24, 2014. Retired employee of the Koch (Flint Hills) Refinery with 25 years of service. Retiring in 1994 they moved to their lake home on Mille Lacs Lake.

Survivors included his wife Joyce; 1 son, Steve ( Mindy) Tix; daughters, Laura (Curt) Lilleboe, Carol (Dave) Oys; brother, Ron (Dianne) Tix; sister, Sharon Tix; five grandchildren.

Funeral services will be 11 am Monday, April 28, 2014 at Our Lady of Fatima Catholic Church, Garrison. Burial will be at the Garrison Community Cemetery. Visitation 1 hour prior toservices at the church on Mon. Arrangements Koop Funeral Home, Crosby.
